Leading the team and its processes
At Perekrestok I led up to three designers. I set the design principles, ran design reviews and agreed priorities with product owners. At Rafeeq I set up how we build components with agents and showed the team how to do it.
Building what I design
I make working prototypes, components and whole apps with AI agents. It’s easier to talk about an idea when the team can tap through it. My app Pillbox is in the App Store.
Finding out why
Besides the funnel, I watch session recordings and read support requests. That’s usually where I find out why the numbers look the way they do.
Starting small
I start with the smallest version we can ship and measure. At Perekrestok, one A/B tested feature cut cancellations due to forgotten items by 33%.
I’m Nikita, currently in Vietnam. I play video games, travel
and keep up with new tech. Outside work I shoot street
photography, and lately I’ve started trying video — so far
with more enthusiasm than skill.
